Dunbar Pharma is honoured to have been named SME of the Year at the Athlone Chamber of Commerce Business Awards 2025, held at the Hodson Bay Hotel on Saturday 8 November.
The award recognises the dedication, innovation and continued growth of our team since Dunbar Pharma was established in 2022. From our base in Monksland, Athlone, we have continued to develop our pharmaceutical manufacturing capabilities while growing a highly skilled team focused on quality, innovation and the development of plant-derived active pharmaceutical ingredients.
Being recognised as SME of the Year is an important milestone for Dunbar Pharma and reflects the progress made by the company as we continue to grow both in Ireland and internationally.
We are particularly proud to receive this recognition within the local business community. Athlone and the wider Midlands region continue to provide a strong environment for pharmaceutical, life sciences and manufacturing businesses, and we are proud to contribute to that growing ecosystem.
