The Role
Working as part of a team you will be reporting to the Quality Assurance Manager supporting the introduction of quality systems and evaluate and review commercial batches of APIs.
Key responsibilities for this role include:
Contribute to the completion of projects, manage own time to meet agreed targets.
Ensure all paperwork is reviewed for completion and compliance according to SOPs.
Handle admin activities to support Document Control, E-Sign and Quality Records Storage.
Support CAPA closure and Auditing (both internal and external).
Participation in continuous improvement projects.
Coordinate distribution of controlled documentation to all designated areas within the company.
Support the maintenance of regulatory compliance in accordance with cGMP requirements.
Support the maintenance of documentation related to the operation of manufacturing facility/laboratory to ensure compliance.
The minimum qualifications for this role are:
Diploma or degree in Quality Assurance or related scientific discipline.
Understanding of GMP quality standards.
Experience working in a GMP and/or GDP environment.
Excellent attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills.
Must have the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
