The Role

Working as part of a team you will be reporting to the Quality Assurance Manager supporting the introduction of quality systems and evaluate and review commercial batches of APIs.

Key responsibilities for this role include:

  • Contribute to the completion of projects, manage own time to meet agreed targets.

  • Ensure all paperwork is reviewed for completion and compliance according to SOPs.

  • Handle admin activities to support Document Control, E-Sign and Quality Records Storage.

  • Support CAPA closure and Auditing (both internal and external).

  • Participation in continuous improvement projects.

  • Coordinate distribution of controlled documentation to all designated areas within the company.

  • Support the maintenance of regulatory compliance in accordance with cGMP requirements. 

  • Support the maintenance of documentation related to the operation of manufacturing facility/laboratory to ensure compliance.

    The minimum qualifications for this role are:

  • Diploma or degree in Quality Assurance or related scientific discipline.

  • Understanding of GMP quality standards.

  • Experience working in a GMP and/or GDP environment.

  • Excellent attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Must have the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.

  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
